This wildly original desk/XL console table is made from a single slab of salvaged PNW Redwood that was hand charred. The burning and subsequent sealing/polishing process is unique to Blacktail Studio and extremely time-consuming. The resulting 3d effect of the charred wood and glass-smooth surface can truly only be fully appreciated in person.

This piece was built with the intention to be used as a desk, however, it would make an exceptional console table or wall piece as well. Feel free to contact to discuss wall mounting options.
